Located in Canada's most southerly lake front area. Birding at Point Peele, golfing at a variety of courses, swimming, fishing and boating on the waters of Lake Erie, sipping on the local wine route, exploring on Pelee Island, dining at select restaurants, relaxing under a large shade tree, napping to the soothing sound of waves. reading on a breezy sun-filled beach.
Please note that beach size depends upon the level of the lake water.
Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Cancellations must be at least 6 weeks before your reserved dates to be eligible for a reservation/security deposit refund.
Security/reservation deposit will be returned to renters by mail immediately following a positive inspection of cottage.

Equipments:
Located on 80 feet of Lake Erie waterfront with a large yard, sandy beach (depending on height of lake water) and sandy bottom lake. This spacious cottage is 30 feet from the beach with a vintage flare that is well suited for all cottagers. It offers everything for a great getaway, camp fire pit, (some wood included) lawn chairs, great swimming, shade trees, horse shoes and pits, propane BBQ, large lawn for recreation, parking, morning sun rise and evening moon over the water.
Roomy 5 bedroom cottage sleeps up to eight. Beds are 1 queen and 4 doubles. Pillows supplied. Two full bathrooms (1with tub and 1 with shower). PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS. A large dining room, large family room with natural wood cathedral ceiling and perfect view of the lake, natural fire place. Stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (drip or perk), dishes, cutlery, pots-pans-utensils, 32" flat screen TV, DVD, CD, stereo, lazy boy love seat.

The Vintage Getaway is on the Essex county Wine Route consisting of 15 wineries with in one hour from the cottage. Several are with in a 10 minutes drive. Kingsville is known for its excellent restaurants, pubs and quaint small town shops. A full range of golf courses with are within minutes. Birding and nature hiking is available at Point Pelee Nation Park 25 minutes away. Peele Island ferry leaves from Kingsville daily. Casino Windsor is 45 minutes away.
