|
Quiet place looking out towards Grand Lake. The house/cottage is in excellent condition and well maintained.
3 bedroom loft style year-round home.
Main floor has fully equipped kitchen/dinning/living room.
Large main floor bedroom with queen size bed.
Bathroom is on main floor.
Upstairs has 2 other bedrooms*. One with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds.
NOTE* Entrance into bedroom with single beds is accessed via bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs there is another living room with balcony and air conditioning.
Satellite TV and DVD player in upstairs living room and satellite TV with Blue ray player and NetFlix in lower living room.
Wireless Hi-Speed Internet
Linens, Pillows and comforts are provided. Tenants need to bring their own towels.
Patio, Picnic table and BBQ on site
Renters have use of 40' public access water front a 90 second walk from the cottage.
Public boat launch at end of road.
Damage/cleaning deposit of $150.00 ($250.00 if you have a pet)is required.
4 hours of cleaning is included in rental price. If cleaning is excessive and requires additional time/man-power a rate of $25.00 per hour will be deducted from deposit and the remainder will be returned.
Well mannered pets are welcomed. You MUST clean up after your pet and keep then under control at all times.
A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Balance / Damage & pet deposit due 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay.
*CANCELATION POLICY*
If renter(s) cancel less then 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date the $100 deposit will be forfeited to the owner to cover costs of rebooking accomodations.
If cancelation is made 30 days or less in advance
and the owner is unsuccessful in re-booking the holiday accommodation for the entire period originally booked it shall refund to the renter all monies paid less a cancelation fee of $200.00.
