A newer, well constructed, very classy executive 2 storey cottage with breath-taking views of the water from all principal rooms.

This cottage sits on a point of land that offers great privacy and room to roam. It is ideal for family get-togethers and vacations. The cottage sits on a slight elevation thus offering incredible water views.

The main floor boasts an open concept, vaulted ceiling, living, dining and kitchen area with 2 walkouts to the large, new deck. The main bedroom is very spacious with a beautiful bay window that allows you to gaze over the expanse of water.

The lower level has 2 walkouts and a very large family/entertainment area. The view from the lower level is great too! The cottage is well lit and has lots of large windows that overlook the water.

The lake is great for pike and bass fishing. The water is clean without any weeds and deep for diving and swimming.

- Table settings for 8-10 people. (Plates, water glasses, wine glasses, serving dishes, coffee/tea mugs, cutlery, serving spoons etc) BBQ Grill.

- Open concept living & dining area. Tastefully furnished, with designer touches and designer colours and beautiful, hardwood maple flooring. Walkout to a large deck with breath-taking views of the water.

- Well designed, squeaky clean kitchen comes with a breakfast bar with stools, stove, large fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and lots of cupboards & counterspace. Ceramic tile floor. Walkout to large deck.

- Master bedroom has 1 double bed and double closets. The bay window offers incredible views of the water. Very spacious and cozy.

- 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a single closet.

- 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed and a double closet.

1st bathroom has a 4 piece (tub with shower).

LOWER LEVEL -

- Very large family/entertainment area with couches, TV/DVD player, CD player, cards table, electric fireplace. 2 walkouts and beautiful views of the water from every window.

THE COTTAGE RENTAL WEEK STARTS ON A FRIDAY AND ENDS ON A FRIDAY.

High Season (Weekly Only) for 8 people
- JUNE - SEPTEMBER 6th $2200 - $2600 per week
- THANKSGIVING WEEK - $1900 - $2300 per week

Low Season
- APRIL & MAY $1800 per week
- SEPTEMBER 7th - OCTOBER $1800 per week

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS - Low Season Only
