High Season: (July/Aug) Summer 2012 Pricing is $2500.00 per week for up to 8 Guests and $100.00 per person up to a max of 16 ppl. (Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday in the summer)
Mid Season Pricing: (from May Long weekend to July & Sept to Thanksgiving) $1700.00 per week and $850.00 for weekends for up to 8 Guests. Additional guest are $100/week or $50/weekend per person up to a max of 16 ppl. Some variation may apply
Off Season Pricing: (Oct 16th, 2011 to May 4th, 2012) $1400.00 per week and $700.00 for weekends for up to 8 Guests. Additional guest are $100/week or $50/weekend per person up to a max of 16 ppl.
New Years Eve is $2500.00 based on 8 people and $75.00 over the 8 people
Labour Day is $1500.00 Family Day Weekend is $1350 as well as Thanksgiving for $1350.00
Extra Nights can be added and are only $200.00 per Night.
Maid Service is Mandatory for $175.00 per stay.
Security Deposits range from $500.00 to $1000.00
