Modern 1700 square foot air conditioned waterfront cabin with private boat dock. Sleeps up to 8, however, groups larger than 8 must be arranged in advance. Only 10 minute walk to the new Granite Hills Golf Course.

Our cottage has 4 private bedrooms and a loft. 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, BBQ and propane supplied, free satellite TV, large deck with spectacular view, boat dock Area only, private drive and parking for 3 vehicles. Public Beach 2 minutes away. Excellent fishing. Convenience store within walking distance. The cottage is now connected to a potable water system for fresh water. Smoking outside only not inside.

Tarification location

$1100. weekly for the months of May, June, September and $1200 weekly for the months of July and August. Additional occupancy over 8 and vehicles over 3 must be arranged in advance and at extra charge to the posted rates. A cleaning fee will be applied to renters (approx. $125 to $150 depending upon length of stay) if cottage is not cleaned after your week or weeks rented. Also a damaged deposit is needed on the day of arrival of $ 500. which will be held for 48hrs so the cottage can be checked for damages if ok the cheque is returned to you .
