A Beach front condo seconds away from the main beach in Port Elgin. Enjoy the sunshine and sand by the water. Sheltered swimming areas and various fun activities make it an ideal vacation spot for families of all ages. This ideal location brings the excitement of musical concerts, flea markets . While being nestled behind a spruce hedge, it provides the quiet seclusion you're looking for to fully relax.
BBQ , picnic table and lawn chairs are supplied for use at the condo.There is also laundry facilities available. (Bring your own linens, kitchen , bed and bath ) Only a short drive to Southampton and Sauble for those that wish to take short day trips .
Check in time is 2 pm Saturday
Check out is 12 noon Saturday

The condo is fully equipped in all areas which makes for an injoyable vacation( less packing).The area outside makes for great outdoor eating while watching the waves gently meeting the shoreline or the spectacular sunset . After a long day at the beach relax while watching your favorite show or a special dvd .When your day has come to an end injoy a good nights rest in a qeen bed or a double .

There is a dock close by for ones that enjoy doing a little fishing .There is bike trails as well as mini golf and regular golfing for those that enjoy the game .

.Available for winter renting till June 2012.Call for pricing . Weekly rental rates for July and August are $950 please deduct $50 for consecutive weeks. Weeks are available starting June 25 .
