Description
|
This lakefront property is perched 200 feet above majestic Kootenay Lake 10 kms south of Kaslo. The 1000 sq. ft. guesthouse is located on 4 treed acres and features 2 bedrooms; one queen size bed and two twin beds, that can be made up as king size on request. There is a full kitchen with all cooking facilities including a microwave and a large variety of small appliances. This east facing cottage provides early morning sun for coffee on the generous sized deck. A second deck on the west side provides a warm spot for afternoon reading or relaxing. This self contained house is ideal for families on vacation or 2 couples on a get-away. See our website for more pictures and information.
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and PayPal transfers. A 50% deposit is required to hold a booking. The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled 30 or more ahead of the reserved dates. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, a refund (less applicable PayPal fees) will NOT be made unless a new reservation for the full period is made.
Waterfront: Access to the lake is a 10 minute walk.

Guests allowed: Yes. Visitors must leave by midnight
