Enjoy the sunset from a screened porch overlooking the lake.
The property is surrounded by trees and hills with plenty of opportunity for hiking and exploring.
Come and enjoy the peace and quiet.
There is excellent pike, bass and pickerel (walleye) fishing in the lake.
The cottage is in a quiet secluded area yet is only a 10 minute drive to the village (Verona) for groceries, gas, bait, hardware store, restaurants, convenience stores, and churches.
Kingston is the closest city 35 minutes, It is on Lake Ontario -- Boat tours, Historic Fort Henry, downtown historic district, Queen's University, Royal Military College, theatres, restaurants, bars, shopping -- Kingston is a great city!
1.5 hour drive to Ottawa (Canada's Capital)
4 hour drive to Toronto
4 hour drive to Montreal
The cottage is about 10 minutes from the scenic 18-hole Rivendel Golf course
Waterfront: sandy swimming area and a diving raft
Heating: Gas Propane wall furnace

Equipments:
The cottage is fully carpeted with ceiling fans throughout.
Eat-in fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a television and VCR and DVD player.
Three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with two single beds. Bedding and linens are provided.
There is a four piece bath.
There is a screened porch and a separate deck with a barbecue.
Lake: Sandy beach with a large dock, an attached deck and a diving raft. There is a 2-person paddle boat and a canoe available.
The lake is small and unsuitable for large powerboats.
