Constructed in spring/summer of 2010. Located on the Southwest River which is ideal for boating and kayaking.
Only ten minutes from Cavendish beaches and golf courses, four 18 hole courses and two 9 hole courses. (Inquire about golf packages)
This property is only five minutes to Kensington where you will find most amenities and shopping.
Our satellite dish is quit low, so we ask that you do not allow children to play near it. Thank you.
Confirmation Policy:
A confirmation deposit of $300.00 is required for all full week bookings. Deposit is required within one week of booking date and full payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival date will be fully refunded. After the 60 days from arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposit price. Within 30 days of the arrival date, there is no refund on deposit.
In case of early checkout, you are responsible for payment in full.

Heating: Electric and pellet stove
Smoking: No. Outside only.
Pets allowed: Not indoors.
Equipments:
Master bedroom on main floor with king size bed and window air conditioner.
Two bedrooms upstairs: one room with queen size bed and one room with two twin beds.
Sofa bed in living room.
Two full baths (one tub/shower and one walk in shower)
Included is all cookware, utensil, towels, beach towels, and linens, as well as iron & iron board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffee pot, hair driers, telephone, board games, flat screen TV with satellite, and free internet access as of 2013.
