LONG WEEKEND IN JULY AND SEPT. HAS JUST BECOME AVAILABLE.
Located on beautiful Lake Nosbonsing, 25 minutes south of North Bay Ontario, 2.45 hrs. north of Toronto or 3.5 hrs from Ottawa area.
Gently sloping property with 100 ft of shoreline in a large quiet bay. This cottage offers Equipments:
2 bedrooms, one with a new double bed, and one with single bunkbeds. Also a double futon in living room and a double pullout in sunroom.
All recently updated with newer appliances, fridge, stove, micro, coffee maker, toaster, TV, DVD, AM/FM CD player, BBQ, outdoor furniture, hammock, new 30 ft. alum. dock, firepit, picnic table, paddleboat, etc.
Sitting on the front deck facing west you will see some of the most colourful sunsets. Sitting around the firepit roasting marshmellow and watching for shooting stars. You can swim off the dock into about 6 ft of water, or try your hand at fishing. Lake Nosbonsing is home to many species of fish including, bass, walleye, northern pike, and muskie. There is a boat launch 5 minutes away and you can dock your boat right outside the front door on your own dock. Take the paddleboat for a tour of the shoreline. The town of Astorville is only 10 minutes away where you can get groceries, beer and wine, gas, ice, etc.
Clear Springs 18 hole golf course is less than 10 minutes up the road, or go horseback riding at StoneOaks farm only 5 minutes away. Watching the ducks and bald eagles flying by as you relax in the hammock, you won't want to leave.

" No Party Policy " that simply means come and enjoy our cottage with your family and friends. But if you are looking for a place to party every night this may not be the cottage for you. This cottage is very clean and modern, so sit back and relax. Renting from Saturday to Saturday.
