Description
|
The cottage is a two storey structure with the entrance, storage and bathroom at the lower level and the second floor has four bedrooms, a family room with fireplace, a full kitchen area and a full bathroom. (Note: You are renting the entire premises for the dates you book, however the lower portion except for the entrance and lower floor washroom is not available. These are private and storage areas. However, there will not be anyone else in the building at the time of your booking except for you and your guests. The driveway and grounds are entirely for your use.)
New leather couches. This cottage-chalet easily sleeps 8 privately, two per room. Full Kitchen, Electric Stove, Refrigerator, Utensils, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, TV, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Fireplace, Firepit, BBQ, Decks. Plates, dishes, pots and pans, are also supplied. All you need to bring are some sheets, pillowcases and your own towels. We supply the blankets and pillows.
Large treed lot in a quiet neighbourhood. Private Beach area shared by neighbourhood only.
Library area, One bedroom has a walkout to a second storey deck.
Included are all utilities, cable and parking.
Come and experience the wonderful amenities of the Georgian Triangle. Ski at Blue Mountain; explore Intrawest Village; golf at Monterra; shop and dine in Collingwood; and enjoy Wasaga Beach.
The Town of Collingwood is the supplier of the water.
The cottage is on a septic system. Please respect the septic system on the property.
