Description
|
The cottage comes complete with everything you will require for your getaway. The cottage was built in 2006 and has 3 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. The 2 sofas in the living room also pull-out for extra sleeping space for a total capacity of at least 10 people.
Lac Sinclair is a large lake with many bays and places to investigate with the 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided. Life jackets are also at the cottage, but bring your own if you have one to ensure the right fit. The water access from the dock is gradual and great for small kids.
Other features include stainless steel appliances, all dishes, utensils, linens, washer and dryer and central vac. There is a Ping-Pong table in the basement, and volley ball court with sand at the back of the cottage. There are also several children's games and toys such as a Thomas The Tank train table and track and trains, Playmobile toys and more.

Equipments:
Four Season chalet featuring full kitchen with stainless fridge, stove and Jenn Air wine fridge. Wonderful fireplace for relaxing in front of and reading a book.
Fabulous bathroom has a large tub.
Enjoy the well-treed property, outside campfire and dock. Take walks down the road when you are not on the lake.
All dishes, linens, utensils and amenities are provided. Many books are at the cottage too, as well as DVD's - but bring your own too and watch a movie in front of the fireplace at night.
For your use also enjoy 2 kayaks and 1 canoe. The lake is large and can take a few hours to paddle, and has an island in the middle also with a sandy beach and rocks for diving.
