* Includes a dock, a 4-seat peddle boat, 2 kayaks, a picnic table and chairs
* Also included is a breakfast starter package to make your first morning more enjoyable [milk, coffee, OJ, local Jam, Bread and butter]
* Alarm clock
* No telephone but good cellular/Blackberry reception
During extreme dry seasons, fires are not permitted.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve cottage. A rental contract agreement must signed before possession. Deposit is 100% refundable before May 15 2012. No refund of deposit after May 15, 2012
Damaged deposit of $500.00 is required and will be returned provided there is no damage to the cottage.

1. 5 minutes away [PILON] with a local butcher who will cut meats to your specifications, PILON also offers limited selection of produce, dairy, breads, wine and beer. Propane tank refilling is also available.
2. 10 minutes away ? [IGA] a larger supermarket with a wider range of produce, meats, prepared foods, beers and wine. There is a SAQ liquor store next door to the IGA offering good selections vintage wines.
3. A few minutes away [CARLO PIZZA] pick up or delivery. The menu also offers burgers, hot dogs, fried foods, sandwiches, soups and salads.
The historical Wakefield village, a short 8 minutes drive offers a wide array of amenities including bakeries, a hardware store, general store, clothing stores, pubs, restaurants, library, bank, pharmacy, the elite Mills fine dining and resort/spa, and a hospital For more information about Wakefield and its surrounding region, please visit www.wakefieldquebec.com.
On the western edge of the Wakefield Village, bordering the NCC Gatineau Parkway, pro or novice alike will enjoy the hiking and biking trails, beautiful beaches, nearby caves, lakes, and river streams.
During the winter, you can enjoy one of the 4 nearby downhill slopes and in the summer, numerous golf courses are at your disposal. Within close proximity are Water Slides, Bungee jumping, zip lining and in the fall enjoy stunning panoramic fall colors.
Security deposit of $500 refundable once a walk through by the owner confirms there are no damages and when the renter vacates the premises on time.
