It features a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a formal dining room for entertaining, 3 baths, wood burning fireplace, satellite TV and VCR, Am/Fm stereo with CD, washer/dryer, pool table and exercize room. Two main floor bedrooms with queen beds and a 4 piece bath on each level of home. Great home with persons with disabilities; all comforts of home are on main level with access to covered deck.
This home is great for large family reunions, get-to-gethers, or golf groups. You are just 10 minutes from the Okanagan Lake Resort, where you can enjoy golfing, restaurants, and pub. It also has its own convenience store. Close to Fintry waterfalls and Bear Creek Provincial Park. Kelowna or Vernon are just a short drive for more great beaches, water sports, golfing, entertainment and shopping. Alpine skiing or snowboarding are closeby at Big White or Silverstar at Vernon.
Outdoors you will enjoy the spectacular mountain and lake views from the wraparound cedar decks or from the covered patio while cooking at the custom built barbecue. A picnic table and patio furniture are provided. The home has its own private boat launch. The sandy beach is gradular and is great for children.

Nightly Rentals in April, May to June 20th are $575.00 with a 4 night minimum.
