This beautiful log house sits on a private, well-manicured 3 acre property just outside of Sherbrooke. It has 230ft. of waterfront on the St. Mary's River where you can set off in the canoe, go for a swim or enjoy some fishing. A 3-seater canoe and life jackets are provided. Nearby is the Historic Sherbrooke Village, which offers a wide range of activities in the summer. It is a short 15 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean.
With 3 bedrooms (1queen, 1 double, and 1 double/twin bunk bed) 2 hide-a-beds (1 queen, 1 double) and 2 bathrooms, this house can easily accomodate up to 10 people. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area is a great gathering place for your family and friends. Relax on the large wrap-around deck while you take in beautiful views of the river and make use of the BBQ. (Minimum 3-day rentals and rental season is May 1-Oct 31)

Equipments:
Ammenities include fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, stereo with iPod dock, satellite tv, dvd player and selection of dvds and games, BBQ, outdoor firepit, riverside picnic table, canoe and (adult) life jackets. Towels and bedding are provided, as well as dishes and small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, blender, slow cooker, etc.)
