THE MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 4) includes a gracious open concept indoor/outdoor living area with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, panoramic views of the Escarpment, a built-in wood burning fireplace, HDTV/DVD/CD, pine floors, indoor dining on an antique table for 8-10; interior/exterior speakers throughout; wireless internet; walkouts to surrounding decks including a large screened-in living/dining area. Two fully equipped kitchens, including an indoor Jenn-Aire Grill and an outdoor charcoal Weber BBQ.
The MASTER Suite includes a queen bed, a private garden view, an indoor Jacuzzi tub for two, and a walkout to an outdoor shower.
The LOFT Suite overlooks the hills, includes a queen bed, skylights, TV and privacy blinds. There is a kiddy gate to the loft if needed.
The main floor of the Main House also includes a garden room and office, a two piece guest bathroom, and a three-piece bathroom with shower; washer/dryer.
THE HILL Guest House, is a charming New England style set high in the trees with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, bar fridge and private furnished deck.
THE POND Guest House, is a rustic secluded cottage suite overlooking the pond and forest. Includes a queen bed, bathroom with shower, bar fridge, a wood burning fireplace, sauna for six and large furnished deck area with outside shower. This is an ideal place for afternoon swimming, sunning and entertaining.
Activity highlights include: a half acre fresh water swimming pond. Picnic table and bridges at the Humber River. Hiking trails running throughout and on the Conservation land next to the property. Located near elegant spas, tennis, golf courses, horse farms, trails, country markets and shopping.
Hiking and cross country ski trails running throughout and nearby. 75 minutes to Collingwood ski hills.
