Description
|
Two bedroom waterfront cottage on private lot in Argyle Shore. This cottage offers sandy beach, a view of the Northumberland Strait and spectacular sunsets in the evening. Enjoy swimming at high tide and clamming at low tide. Close to golf courses, theatres, restaurants and laundromat. Centrally located to Charlottetown, Summerside and Cavendish. May, June, Sept. and Oct. are great times to get reduced rates at golf courses. Cottage is Government inspected yearly. Come and enjoy our Island.
Our family has been renting the Sandpiper cottage since it was built in 1999. It is clean and comfortable with a beautiful waterfront view, which you can drink in while relaxing on the front porch. The tide goes way out, too (which makes the view even more awesome), and the whole family loves taking walks or running on the sandbars. The beach is so close, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk down to the stairs. This is the best summer vacation! We come here every year, and it is the highlight of our summer.

Two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two twin beds. Large kitchen and living room area. Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and stove, etc.
Satellite T.V., DVD, wireless internet, two lazboy chairs, sofa and single pullout sofa bed. Bathroom full size tub and shower. Linens/bedding, towels are supplied. Front and side deck with propane BBQ and lawn chairs.
