Westerly exposure for viewing the sunsets.
Excellent walleye, bass fishing and swimming.
Shallow, child friendly swimming at shore. Diving board at end of dock, 8 feet of water. Swim out to floating raft and enjoy the water slide.
Canoe, kayak, paddle boat, row boat, paddles and oars provided.
As well, 6 adult life jackets are included.
Propane barbeque, propane provided.
Fire pit, wood provided.
Land line phone, calling cards need to be used for long distance calls or call collect. Cell phone coverage depending on your carrier.
Maple Leaf - 10 kms. - has a gas station and general store.
Maynooth - 18 kms. has a general store, gas station, bakery, restaurant, LCBO/beer store, Madawaska Art Shop, churches
Golfing in Bancroft, Barry's Bay and Killaloe
Heating: Wood stove and electric baseboard
Smoking: No. Outside only please.
Pets allowed: Yes. $10.00 daily surcharge
Equipments:
Large open concept kitchen, living room. Large 4 piece bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crock pot, barbeque utensils, etc. Water cooler with first jug of water provided. An extra fridge is located in the covered porch.
Bedroom #1 has a double bed and single bunkbeds. Bedroom # 2 has a queen bed with a single bed and set of single bunkbeds.
Glass fronted wood stove in living area, wood provided. Also has electric baseboard heat.
