Quaint 3 bedroom cottage with newly renovated 4-piece bathroom on large flat lot with small private sandy beach and dock. Good for swimming and fishing (an abundance of bass in the river), and young families with kids and pets. Very close to trans-Canada trail for excellent hiking and cycling and to public beaches on larger more populated lakes.

Children allowed: Yes.
Guests allowed: Yes. Enquire for limitations
Smoking: Yes. Outside
Equipments:
Propane bbq, canoe, outdoor firepit, picnic table, benches, & lawnchairs. 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen bed, 1 with single bed and pull out couch in livingroom), fridge, stove, toaster oven, kettle, coffee pot, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and other basic supplies.
