This is a private property located in the small village of Erieau. It has a forced air furnace and central air conditioning. There is an unobstructed view of Rondeau Bay and is walking distance from the store, LCBO, beach and restaurants. Rondeau Bay and Lake Erie are known for excellent fishing and hunting. This cottage rents year round and can be used for summer vacationing, duck hunting lodge or ice fishing. There is also fire-pit on the property.
The cottage has three bedrooms and two sitting rooms. It also has a covered back porch surrounded by windows.

Coût
The cottage rents year round.

July and August - 650.00 per week
Rest of year - 550.00 per week.

Weekends are rented when available, rates are negotiated based on time of year and length of stay.
