Description
|
Cottage is located within 30 meters of the water, swim, canoe, kayak, fish, or just watch the fish jump for flies. There are a number of different birds in the area Bald Eagle, ducks, and other water foul.
The body of water at the cottage and below is considered "tidal waters". Regulations are somewhat different for defined tidal water areas in Nova Scotia, for more information check with provincial DNR.
Photos of cottage posted in two colors (past and present). New stain and color change to Grey, August 2011. This completes ongoing upgrades, new windows, roof, exterior etc..

Sherbrooke Historic village, a short ferry ride will take you to Port Bickerton where you can visit an original light, walking trails and a great sandbeach.
Hiking trails, beaches, fishing, all nearby.

3 bedroom, (3 Double beds) One full bathroom. Electric heat. Appliances: dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer and central vac.. Sat. TV, phone, ( local and incoming calls are free, cell phone coverage available). Large deck, BQ, patio furniture. Easy access to the water, aprox. 20 meters from deck.
