COTTAGE YEAR ROUND RENTALS.
SPECIAL FEATURE: Our outdoor woodburning pizza oven has been a great success for us. Everyone has enjoyed this unique cooking experience with us.
NOTE: A SEASONAL SECOND 4 BEDROOM COTTAGE IS ALSO AVAILABLE IF WE ARE BOOKED UP (view our availability calendar) - PLEASE INQUIRE if you wish further information.
Escape the noise of our cities and head SOUTH for your vacation. This unique, newly renovated, custom-designed and built by owners cottage has been split into two units. The unit above the garage is the owners unit (completely seperate) and the unit below to the left in the photo is the rental unit.
This is more than just a rental. This cottage offers YEAR ROUND ESCAPES (mostly weekends in the winter months).
If you are seeking a "quiet and relaxing" FAMILY holiday vacation, this cottage offers an old interior pioneer charm to it with its white cedar high ceilings and walls. This two bedroom cottage has a main bedroom with queensize bed, a bunkroom with double bed on the bottom and single on the top, a queensize futon in the living room. A newely upgraded third bedroom is also an option (summer months only) in the timberframed screened in porch. There are two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub and the other with a shower. Our backyard has our own specially designed beach area. This is where the parents with small children can really feel the break as their children dig and play in the safety of our own back yard. The backyard faces forestlands owned by Ducks Unlimited. Turkey Point is a migratory passage for many species of birds all year round from all over. We welcome "bird lovers". Instead of heading North for your holiday retreat, consider heading South this year. The beach is fabulous with lots of sand bars, clean water and it is just a few minute walk away from us.
SUMMER RENTALS:
NOTE: This is not a party palace!
Owners will not tolerate any yelling, screaming or out of control behaviors by any rentals that may cause disturbance to our neighbours. Failure to observe our guidelines will result in a termination of your rental with no refund or possible future rentals.

Face-to-face meetings for all possible renters is mandatory.
Please feel free to stop in to view this rental if you are in the area. Owners are availabe here on most weekends.
Owners reserve the right of refusal at any time.

OFF SEASON weekend rentals:
Check in time: Fridays at 6:30 p.m.

WINTER WEEKEND SPECIAL RATES - Oct. - April only.

WEEKLY WINTER RENTAL: $500.00
Streets are plowed and cleared promptly after snow.
WINTER OFF SEASON RENTALS MAXIMUM of 5 people only. Screened in porch is to cold to use.
You must bring your own bedding, pillows, toiletries, towels, dish towels, dish cloths. Otherwise this cottage has all the necessities of a home.
There are many fabulous and reasonably priced variety of golf courses nearby (Woodside Golf, Pine Valley Golf Course, Greens at Renton, Turkey Point Provincial Golf Course and more) Fishing and boat launch down the road at the marina. Hunting, snowmobiling and fourwheeling within a short distance. Turkey Point Hotel and bar, restaurants, icecream parlors, beer and LCBO in variety store all within walking distance. Childrens modern playground just down our quiet street next to the OPP trailer when you come down the hill.
Long Point Eco Adventures 3 km down the road.
Woodside Golf Course only 15 minutes away.
Turkey Point Provincial Golf Course is open all year round unless there is snow on the ground (5 minutes away from us)
Pine Valley Golf course opens early in the season (10 minutes away)
Blueberry Winery up on the hill
Burning Kiln Winery - 2km away
Turkey Point Hotel and Bar within walking distance

THIS COTTAGE GETS SPIDER SPRAYED EVERY YEAR.
Turkey Point has some of the best bass/perch fishing around.
Nice half hour drive to Long Point.
Turkey Point is Home of Poddahock annual boating festival.
Turkey Points hosts its own annual festival weekend in August.
Winter ICE FISHING IN ST. WILLIAMS just around the corner from us.
Snow Mobile trails close by.
