>Open concept living, dining and kitchen will a full wall of windows (16 ft long) looking out onto the Lake!
>Fully equipped galley kitchen.
>3 piece modern decorated bathroom with shower.
>3 bedrooms all with double beds and two double sofabeds in the living room - so can sleep 10 comfortably and a couple of extra kids could slumber. The beds are very comfortable and all have memory foam toppers as well as mattress protectors and pillows are supplied and have pillow protectors. Quality linens are available for a fee.
>Heating: Electric & Propane
>Large Portable Air Conditioner for the common rooms and A/C in one Bedroom
>32" TV with DVD Player for Movies

>Waterfront: Over 100 Feet of clean shoreline. Part of shoreline is shallow with a bit of Sandy bottom. Feel free to walk in the water along the shoreline or canoe in privacy as there are no cottages to one side for hundreds a good distance.
>Multiple entertainment Decks and Patio's in an amazing private setting with spectacular heightened views out over the lake. Waterside western facing wrap around Deck - amazing sunsets!
>Muskoka chairs, patio sets, 3 Seater wooden Swing,
>Multiple integrated waterfront Docks and Decks including: a gentle sloped and wide Walk in Ramp to the water; Large 16x12 ft Water Level Deck; Integrated 32 ft Dock and 16 ft x 6 ft Deck which also has an integrated Boat Ramp for the available 14 ft Aluminum Motorized Fishing Boat or Canoe that we rent.

Ice Fishing on Rice Lake is very popular and there is organized Ice Fishing minutes away or you can Ice Fish right off the waterfront with your own equipment. (NOTE: Practice & follow Ontario fishing regulations & common sense Safety when Boating, Fishing & Ice fishing)
