You've arrived!! But getting here is wonderful! The Beach house is a beautiful little, fully new renovated, four (4) bedrooms waterfront cottage located on the shores of Rice lake, Ontario.This unique cottage has an open living room / dining area with large windows and sliding glass door to provide a panoramic view of Rice Lake.
This main living area has comfortable chair, fire place and dinning area with natrue wood painting table and chairs that seat 8-10 people comfortably.Leading off the dining room is a fully outfitted kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and counter space. The living area has an sofa. The cottage has four (4)bedrooms and 4 piece with a jacuzzi tub bathroom.
There are also full laundry facilities in the ground floor store room.The cottage is surrounded by two large decks facing the lake. These decks provide a lovely view of the lake and sunsets over the water. The decks come equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a picnic table to enjoy all your meals out doors.There is dock jutting out into the pond and raft for the strong swimmers in your party.The cottage is close to many attractions, it is only a five minutes drive to the Marina, and ten minutes drive to Couberg Downtown with it shopping malls, restaurants, museums, theatre and art galleries. This is a nice cottage with all the convenience of home!
