Our cozy and beautiful cottage is a 2 bedroom bungalow located only a few minutes walk to the beach. It is also conveniently located for site-seeing or shopping excursions as Niagara Falls is only a 20 minute drive away and Fort Erie/Buffalo is only a 10 minute drive away.
Our cottage features a sunroom which can double as a 3rd bedroom, and a charming, sunny breakfast nook perfect for that morning coffee! Fully furnished, our cottage features upgraded wiring, new flooring and fresh paint. Additional features include central air, wood deck with patio set and BBQ, internet wireless, fire pit and a hit movie/TV series DVD/VHS collection.
Convenient, comfortable and cozy, our beautiful cottage will provide you with an enjoyable, relaxing family vacation.
In order to provide the best experience to our renters, we welcome families that will help us keep this cottage clean and neat.

Our cottage is available for rental from mid-June to early September. Our rate is $800/week.
Payment Methods
- 50% of the rent deposit is required upon booking; We accept personal check for rent deposit. For renters outside North America, deposit could be paid via our Paypal account. Some admin fees may be applied. Detailed account information will be emailed to you upon booking.
- The balance will be paid in cash when checking in
- A $300 security deposit will be required upon arrival, cash only; this desposit will be returned to you in cash when checking out if the cottage condition and facility remain the same
Policies
- MAXIMUM occupancy of 5 people
- Weekly rental check in time is between 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday; Check out is 10 a.m. on Saturday
- Cancellation - 100% refund for cancellations with 2 month notice, 50% refund with 1 month notice, no refund for less than1 month notice
- Smoking and pets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
