Located on a serene, private 3 acre lot, surrounded by woods and gardens, minutes from the spectacular beaches of eastern Kings county. Situated 10 kilometres east of Souris, and an hour away from major golf courses. Five minute's drive to working fishing villages, historic lighthouses, and breathtaking beaches, including Basin Head Beach.
Red Barn Cottage: Features master bedroom and second loft bedroom (with two twin beds) and a futon. Hardwood floors, screened in dining room, outdoor shower, 3 piece bathroom, washer/dryer.
Country House: Located nearby, the three bedroom country house cottage is fully renovated, including a new kitchen (2011). Lots of living space, including indoor and outdoor dining room, living room, and TV room.
Optional "bunky" can be rented with two twin beds, great for teenagers.
