Description
|
Within easy walking distance of the ferry terminal, this cottage resort at the Otter Bay Marina is ideally located for guests vacationing on foot or with their bicycles. The resort is a 5 minute drive to the Driftwood Shopping Centre where services include a grocery store, coffee shop, bakery, liquor store, drug store, gas station, bank and restaurants.
Island activities include hiking, golfing, kayaking, fishing, or visiting the local winery, summer markets, one of the many beaches or the Gulf Islands National Park. The Pender Islands are renowned for their artists as well as for their magnificent scenery. Throughout the islands, there are many painters, sculptors, potters and craftspeople of all types. The locations of private and commercial galleries are available on island maps.

The two story cottage sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 lofted room with a queen bed and a bedroom with two singles. A large deck overlooks Otter Bay with lounge chairs and an outdoor table to take advantage of the weather and fabulous views year round. Amenities include a flat screen TV with DVD and stereo system, high speed internet and a gas fireplace. A large outdoor gas BBQ compliments a full kitchen. The cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and includes linen for all beds and bathrooms. The cottage has 1 parking stall included. The property also has a pool and if you enjoy golf there is a nine hole golf course near by. Reserved marina space is available for boats of all sizes.

Information sur la localisation : Otter Bay is perfect getaway on North Pender Island located in the Gulf of Georgia in between Vancouver on the mainland and Victoria on Vancouver Island. The island is accessible by ferries from both Vancouver (Tsawwassen) and Victoria (Swartz Bay). BC Ferries have regularly scheduled sailings making access easy.
