Beautiful architecturally designed 4-season home. Pine floors, pine ceiling with exposed rafters and huge loft, glassed/screened cedar porch, skylight, window seat (perfect for dozing or bird watching). Our waterfront home sleeps 5. 15 minutes to Sharbot Lake (food, liquor and gas stores), approx 45 minutes from Kingston.
30' cedar dock perfect for swimming and boating.
1 double bed on main floor; 2 twins (or king) in loft; single bed in living room; double futon on screened in porch. One full bathroom (main) and one 2-piece bathroom (loft). A fully equipped large kitchen (including fridge, stove, microwave, freezer and large harvest table), washer & dryer. BBQ, fire pit, canoe and kayak. Large deck with spectacular view. Excellent swimming, paddling and fishing on beautiful and quiet Bob's Lake, with endless inlets and islands. Shoreline is grass and some rock but permits easy water access for swimming. Gas fireplace, wood stove, with ceiling fans throughout. UV and particulate water filtration system. Internet, TV/DVD/CD/Radio, and DVD collection. Includes linens, towels, and all kitchen necessities (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils).
Dog must be on leash at all times when off property and under owner's direct control if off leash on the property.
Check in after 3pm Saturday; check out by 10 am following Saturday.
