This is a lakeshore 5 bedroom home with a private yard and dock in a residential setting near Monck Provincial Park on Nicola Lake. The home has 3 queen and 2 double beds. There is one full bath and a powder room. There are no roads to cross for access to your own beach and dock. There is a grassy lawn which allows children to play comfortably.
Summer weekly rentals are from Sunday 4 p.m. to Sunday at 11 a.m.
Waterfront: Swimming, water-skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, boating, & wind surfing from shore & dock; biking and cross-country trails nearby.
Heating: Electric heating & wood fireplace
Guests allowed: Yes. Maximum 8 occupants, including guests
Equipments:
Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and outside barbeque; Washer/Dryer, Satellite T.V., DVD player, and air conditioning. Kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee machine, etc. Bedding is provided as well as a minimum number of towels. Guests are asked to bring their own personal towels. Use of canoe and rowboat. Bring your own life jackets.
