Beautiful, cozy three bedroom family "bungalow" directly on the river that songs have been written about. Sleeps six (with pull out sofa, seven). Swim, kayak or boat on the (half freshwater/half salt water) river, catch some rays on the deck, read a book or watch unforgettable sunsets from the glassed-in sunroom, or roast marshmallows from the firepit, all to the rhythmic sound of the waves. Located only 1 km from the Provincial Picnic Park, 5 kms from a white sand beach, half way between historic Louisbourg Fortress and Sydney. Lots of amenities in close proximity including local grocery store (with fresh baked goods daily), shopping malls, restaurants, museums, golf courses, and a wild life park. Great roads for running and walking. Direct access to water. Linens, dishes, BBQ, pots and pans included but please bring your own beach towels. Saturday to Saturday rental.
Kitchen has dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Colour television, DVD player, stereo, board games. Bed linens, blankets and bathroom towels supplied, but please bring your own beach towels.
