Are you interested in a quiet place on a lake with clear clean water, you have found it on Grand Lake. The house/cottage is in excellent condition, well kept. Appliances are like new, including Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, and Range.
Waterfront: Situated on the east shore of Grand Lake

Smoking: No. Outside is ok!
Pets allowed: Yes. Do not allow on furniture
Equipments:
The cottage has 3 nice sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. The downstairs bedroom is attached to the main bath which has a shower. A back mud room houses the hot water heater and washer and dryer.
