Fully equipped including all linens and towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV, DVD player, BBQ, and microwave. Five bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 twin beds, and 1 with a twin. Two bathrooms - one with shower and the other a 2 piece. Carpeted and baseboard heating throughout.
One minute walk (right out front) to large public beach and pier. Community Club with organized activities 10 minute walk. Two public tennis courts five minutes walk. Golf (all 18 holes)- Sandy Hook 10 minutes. Teulon 20 minutes, Links at the Lakes (Gimli) 20 minutes, Netley Creek 15 minutes.

Tarification location
|
$1025 per week from June 29th to September 8th, 2012.
$650 for the Victoria Day, Thanksgiving Weekends.
$800 per week all other weeks. A monthly rate would be considered.
Check in Saturday at 4pm, and Checkout Saturday at 11am.
Deposit 50% on booking.
Fully refundable 45 days prior to booking. Balance owing two weeks prior to booking. Security deposit of $350, refundable immediately after departure.
