The SOUTH WING includes a gracious open concept indoor/outdoor Great Room with Solarium, Living Area with wood burning fireplace and open concept fully equipped kitchen/eating area. Walkouts to surrounding decks with eating areas and gas BBQ. Hard wood floors throughout the house, bedrooms carpeted. Wireless internet.
The MASTER WING includes the Master en-suite bedroom with Queen bed, private walk out deck, jetted bathtub, two sinks and build-in shower. Library and Office.
The GUEST WING includes a full bathroom with separate bath and shower. Two bedrooms with a Queen bed each. Large sleeping Loft with 3 single beds and the modest TV-room with walkout to the surrounding deck.
The CENTRAL AREA includes the Main Entrance, Central Hall, Formal Dining Room, bathroom, Laundry room with washer/dryer, and the pantry.
The NORTH WING includes the double garage and non-stocked Art Studio.
Activity highlights include: The large swimming pond with sauna. Miles of walking trails throughout the property. Located next to The Bruce Trail and Hockley Valley Park with additional endless trails. Hockley Valley Resort with ski, spa, golf and upscale dining only 2 minutes away. Long weekend = $2400

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A non-refundable REGISTRATION FEE of $500 is incl. in the nightly rate.
An additional SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 is required and will be returned after your departure date, provided there is no damage.
50% of Total balance is due upon registration.
100% of Total balance is due 14 days prior to rental date.
Preferred method of payment by bank draft or Interac e-Transfer.
