Amazing private executive retreat for rent on an entirely private gated point lot... Mako Point is located on beautiful Sturgeon Lake on the Trent Severn Waterways in the City of Kawartha Lakes. Minutes from Fenelon Falls. High speed wireless Wifi internet and cable HD television. Level manicured grounds suitable for outdoor activities on a private 523' waterfront point lot with great gradient swimming and deep swimming off the dock (note in the aerial photo that the dock has not yet been put into the water, check out the other pictures). Plenty of trees offer a canopy to relax under. Walk steps in any direction and you're at your waters edge. Large open concept living space, great for large families and groups. If you have lots of company or two+ families there is a cozy two bedroom guest cottage as well.

Reservations are held only when a minimum of 50% down deposit is received.
Cleaning and linens charges apply, $150 for the main cottage or $200 for both cottages.
A damage deposit will be required.
The Calender on this site IS accurate. If it shows that it is booked, it is not available.
Renter Cancellation:
If the Renters wish to cancel the agreement, they must notify Mako Point in writing and the following policy shall apply to all cancellations:
a) If the cancellation is 4 weeks or more from the occupancy date, then the Renters will be responsible for the deposit but will be refunded the Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee; however, Mako Point will endeavor to find a replacement booking for the same time period. If Mako Point is successful in a ?Complete Re-Booking?, then all monies will be refunded less an administration fee of $300.
b) If the cancellation is within 4 weeks of the occupancy date, the renter is required to pay the full balance of the week, but will be refunded the Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee.
Contract Cancellation:
If the cottage is struck by disaster, if the cottage becomes unavailable as determined by the owner, or if the cottage is sold prior to occupancy, then all contracts will be null and void and payments will be refunded in full.
