Description
|
The Cottage at MacCallums Point is a Chalet style wide open concept that was built in 1997. The front deck offers vacationers an UNOBSTRUCTED view and access to the beautiful private beach on the amazing Northumberland Strait. The view is absolutely spectacular. The scenery of the beach is ever-changing as the tide reaches its highest and lowest points over the incredible PEI red sand and sand bars. The sandy beach is GREAT for swimming, strolls, building sand castles and just relaxing.
There is manicured grass at the back and sides as well as a smaller area in the front of the cottage. The grass closer to the edge of the water is tall natural grass and shrubs.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom on the main floor with a double & a single bed. The master bedroom is the only room in the upper loft area with a queen size bed. There is also a bunkhouse on the property with two bunk beds.
The kitchen, dining and living room area are in one open space.
There is a four piece bath on the main floor.
Note: there is shared stair access to the beach.

The cottage is located 10 minutes from the Borden bridge and it is fairly easy to access the whole island. Summerside is just twenty minutes away. Many amenities can reached within a half hour to forty five minute drive.
