2 Bedroom Lake Erie cottage on a gorgeous waterfront setting in Lowbanks Ontario with large trees and beach. Spacious open concept living area with kitchen center island, dining room, gas fireplace and lake view. Nautical decor throughout. Large Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling, window seat and queen bed. Second bedroom with bunks and double bed (total 3 beds, 2 singles plus one double). Large sofa could sleep one additional person.
Built-in Dishwasher and main floor laundry facilities included.
This spacious cottage is located at entry to the property, directly behind owner's lakefront beach house with a large fenced in yard. You will have access to the full property and private beach during your stay, and enjoy lake views from the cottage.
This is a quiet setting and perfect for a romantic or family get away. Playing in and listening to the sound of the waves of Lake Erie is often commented as a highlight of this lakefront experience.
There is also a 2nd building (beach house, lakefront) which is on property and used by owner on weekends and vacation weeks. Owner is available to do an orientation upon arrival and provide information on local area attractions.
Mohawk Marina is within a 5 minute drive for boat rentals / launching (http://www.mohawkmarina.ca)
Rental agreement available upon request (by phone or email below).
Drive time is less than 2 hours from Toronto and Pearson International Airport, 1 hour from Burlington/Hamilton and 1 hour from Buffalo and US border (Peace Bridge).
Waterfront: Steps to Lake and Beach via staircase.

Equipments:
Walk out to large wrap around deck with deck furniture (patio furniture and lounge chairs), overlooking lawn and Lake Erie. Seperate concrete pad / deck directly overlooking lake with additional outdoor furniture, fireplace with benches (firewood included), approx 100' from lakehouse
Lake is clean and swimmable (shallow with long walk out). Beach area is combination sand and beach pebbles and varies with the tide action. Famous public sandy Long Beach is just a short 5 minute drive along Lakeshore Drive, as well as Long Beach golf course.
All dishes, cutlery and housewares supplied.
Includes electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, propane BBQ, television, VCR, radio, CD player and ceiling fan.
