It is located on the edge of Georgian Bay and a 5 minute walk from the first tee of the Lora Bay Golf Club at Lora Bay (The first fairway is a 5-iron from the back door). The golf course is one of Canada's newest high quality golf courses, designed by Tom McBroom and Tom Lehman.
Several other golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Lora Bay Lookout is a cozy 3 bedroom cottage that has a walk-in basement at ground level. The rec. room with a pullout sofa bed servers as a 4th bedroom. The quaint town of Thornbury with shops, boutiques, bars, antique shops and resturants is 5 km away. The town of Meaford is a little larger and has a hospital is 10 km away.

Large lot (130' X 280') with mature trees. Gas barbaque on a deck overlooking Lora Bay. Equipped with d/w, m/w, central vac., satelight TV, VCR, 2 fire places, ping-pong table, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, 100' dock with sitting area at the end.
