Description
|
Newly renovated in 2010, Loon Lodge is a spacious 2000 sf, two level waterfront cottage. Located on the shores of Miller Lake, Loon Lodge sits on a large shaded grassy lot, has a dock for swimming and boating, and boasts a large, wrap-around deck with glass railings for unobstructed views of the lake.
Rocky shore, sandy bottom. Nice for swimming off the dock. Water is very shallow (1-3 feet). Docking appropriate for canoes, kayaks, small sail boats, jet skis. Small motorize boats are possible, but beware of shallow water and rocks. Dock at your own risk.
Within walking distance of Summer House Park, providing boat rentals, a convenience store, ice cream and coffee shop, and restaurant.
Heating: Forced Air, In-Ground Heat Downstairs, and Woodburning Fireplace
Equipments:
4 Bedrooms: 2 upstairs both with double beds, 2 downstairs with one queen bed and two twin beds.
2 Bathrooms: 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs. Each with shower.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and complete supply of dishes and cook ware.
Wood burning fireplace.
Outdoor fire pit.
Satellite TV.

Saturday-Saturday Weekly Rental only during the High Season. Nightly (minimum 2 nights) and weekend rentals are available during the mid and low season. A 30% deposit is due upon booking. Booking must take place at least 2 weeks in advance.
A maximum of 8 guests is allowed.
Primary renters must be at least 25 years of age. Owner reserves the rate to deny rental to group based on age.
