It was recently fully renovated, and has French doors in the living room that open to a view of the Bay and the sunset; open style living room/dining room/kitchen; a new addition is a master suite on a newly built second floor, complete with a queen bed, private sitting area with vaulted ceilings and a private balcony with french doors that open to overlook the bay; a second bedroom upstairs, and a third bedroom on the main floor; two decks, one perched over the water, and the other directly off the house - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon drink at the water's edge; newly furnished with new pieces and antiques; sleeps 6 on new mattresses; spacious, redone downstairs bathroom with bathtub; newly built upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and stand up shower; laundry facilities on site; shallow entry to water -safe for swimming; playscape and picnic table for young children; large lawn great for kids; boat ramp and dock with ladder - perfect for fishing and swimming.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
2013 Rates are as follows:
Peak season: $1400 (August through September, holidays)
Low season: $1150 (October through December)
Check-in time is 3:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 am (unless otherwise agreed upon with owner)
Please understand:
The $500 booking deposit (to be cashed once received) and a complete, signed rental agreement are required to confirm and hold your rental dates. This deposit will be mailed back within 1 week of the departure date for renters; the amount of this refund will be based upon an inventory check and the state of cottage upon check-out. Reservations made via email or phone are non-binding without a cashed deposit and completed agreement signed by both parties. The full rental fee is due within 1 month (30 days) of the agreed-upon arrival date.
