This idyllic location right on the shore of Lake Erie has a broad, sandy private beach that is great for strolling, shell collecting and gathering driftwood for your nightly beach bonfire. Truly a 'beach haven', the perfect place for a true Lake Erie vacation with lots of ambiance and charm.
Meticulously clean and comfortable! Situated in a quiet cottage neighbourhood on a fairly quiet road running along the lake, this is also the owner's full time residence, so it has a lot of very thoughtful additions that have been done while preserving the best Lake Erie cottage features. It is a private and peaceful setting since the cottages on either side are not used very often.
Just taking a look at the chairs around the fire pit overlooking the Lake and the blues of the Lake and sky, conjures up images of lazy days enjoying the beach, sun and endless views of water. It's the perfect place to make vacation memories!
The big feature is the lawn at the front of the cottage leading to over 95 feet of spectacular sand beach.
The private beach is awesome! It is absolutely one of the best sand beaches in the area. The lawn has a gazebo and lots of seating areas. At the edge of the lawn lays a sea of turquoise that will amaze and comfort you each and every minute of your stay. With a barbeque and fire pit, we can imagine many evenings spent outside listening to the waves lapping at the shore and marveling at the canopy of stars. There is a wide area of lawn with plenty of shade provided by the towering mature trees to ward off the summer heat.
There are many features of this superb beach property that will appeal to those who want to spend a lot of time on the beach, in the water, or under a shade tree by the water. The setting is truly spectacular!
As was previously mentioned the cottage is homey and comfortable with one of the nicest sandy beaches in the area.
Lake Erie Beach Haven is a housekeeping cottage best suited for two couples or a family with two children. Your rental includes pillows, blankets, paper products, deck furniture, barbeque with propane, and firewood. You need to bring sheets, towels, personal effects and groceries!

As you open the door, prepare yourself for the panoramic view of Lake Erie right through the cottage, where you will find a comfortable living area complete with Satellite TV, DVD player and a gas fireplace for cooler evenings.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, house wares, fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker.
As you go through the cottage past the living room there is an open concept dining area with a spectacular view of the lawn area, lake and your private beach.
There are two bedrooms, the Master bedroom is a queen and the second bedroom is a double. There is a large 4-piece bathroom off the living room.
