Description
|
Four bedrooms, two with two single beds, one with two double bed and one with bunk beds double on bottom.One bathroom with shower, livingroom has two sofas - one makes into a double bed, satelite TV. kitchen also has micowave and coffee maker. apt accessable by stairs.
We are on the west shore on Georgina Island in Lake Simcoe, you have to catch the Island ferry(at Virgina Beach Marina) to get to us.
Waterfront: fire pit, picnic table,
Heating: oil and outside wood furnace
Guests allowed: Yes. but not accommodated
Equipments:
There is a huge deck on the apt. with a picinic table and lounging chairs and BBQ. The beach is sandy with chairs, picnic table, and fire pit.
For fishermen there is a place to clean your fish and there is a fish scaleing machine, plus indoor heated parking for ATVS, and snowmobles .
