Electric actuators, also known as Linear Actuator, are also known as actuator motors, electric cylinders and linear actuators. An electric push rod is an electric drive device that converts the rotary motion of a motor into a linear reciprocating motion of the push rod.
 
It can be used as an executive machine in various simple or complex technological processes to realize remote control, centralized control or P-motion control.
 

Structure

 
The electric push rod is composed of a drive motor, a reduction gear, a screw, a nut, a guide sleeve, a push rod, a sliding seat, a spring, a casing and a turbine, and a micro-control switch.
 
The electric push rod is a new type of electric actuator. The electric push rod is mainly composed of a motor, a push rod and a control device. It can realize remote control and centralized control.
 
The electric push rod performs reciprocating motion within a certain range of travel. Generally, the standard stroke of the electric push rod is 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400mm, and special strokes can also be designed and customized according to different application conditions.
 
Electric push rods can be designed with different thrusts according to different application loads. Generally, the maximum thrust can reach 6000N, and the no-load operating speed is 4mnT35mm/s. The electric push rod uses 24V/12V DC permanent magnet motor as the power source. Convert the motor's rotary motion into linear reciprocating motion. Push a group of linkage mechanisms to complete the switching work of dampers, valves, gates, baffles, etc.
 
The use of electric push rod as the actuator can not only reduce the air source device and auxiliary equipment required by the pneumatic actuator, but also reduce the weight of the actuator. Pneumatic actuators need a certain amount of air pressure during the entire control operation process. Although amplifiers with low consumption fi can be used, but 1 = 1 accumulates months and months, the air consumption M is still huge.
 
The electric push rod actuator is used, when the control opening is changed, power supply is required, and the power supply is no longer required when the required opening degree is reached. It is suitable for long-distance operation and is widely used for opening and closing, material loading and unloading, flow control, etc. of dampers, valves, gates and other institutions in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, light industry, transportation, shipbuilding and other departments. It has been used by more and more departments to replace mechanical hands, hydraulic valves, and automatic devices for deceleration transmission mechanisms.
 

Working principle

 
After the motor is decelerated by the gear, it drives a pair of screw nuts. Turn the rotating motion of the motor into a linear motion, and use the forward and reverse rotation of the motor to complete the push rod action.
 
For example, complex actions such as rotation and shaking can be completed through various levers, rockers or linkages. By changing the length of the lever arm, the stroke can be increased or enlarged.
