What is an integrated servo motor

一体化伺服电机,顾名思义,就是将电机、编码器、驱动器集成一体的伺服电机


 

一体化伺服电机是基于直流低压供电方式研发的伺服系统,采用永磁同步电机和FOC驱动方式。同时支持EtherCAT、CANopen、Modbus等总线方式控制,具有更高的集成优势。

一.功能特点


1.采用EtherCAT/CANopen协议(DS402),可以进行复杂的多轴伺服并联高速协同控制,精致灵活,可实现机械设备的小型自动化。DS402协议是国际上主流驱动器和控制器都支持的运动规范,具有良好的互换性。
2.宽电压输入(16~52VDC),同时可使用蓄电池供电。
3.集成单圈绝对值编码器,限定范围内零点记忆;集成I/O,可设定为正限位、负限位、原点,多功能数字输出,脉冲输入检测。


 
 
提供可定制服务,定制多种运动模式下的特色功能:双轮差速驱动模式、轮对打滑报警等。

一体化伺服电机供电方式是直流开关电源或电池;输入电压范围在16~52VDC,相比传统的伺服电机具有更灵活的供电输入要求。
编码器采用14bit绝对值编码器和2500线增量编码器。

一体化伺服电机采用驱动+编码+电机+少量电缆的集成设计,使得驱动和电机适配更完美,省去了驱动器与电机之间匹配过程,能快速部署,无需臃肿的控制柜设计,降低了使用成本。
同时,PMM系列一体化伺服电机具有4组陷波器参数设置,可有效抑制共振。
