Charming older cottage, newly renovated. This cottage come fully furnished right down to the towels and linens! All you need are clothes and groceries.
Waterfront: 3 min to Parlee Beach

Guests allowed: Yes. No tents or trailers. Notify at booking for extra guest

Cottage includes kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes etc... Front Room has satellite television with DVD and CD player. Dining Room is open to living room. Full Bath has lots of linens/ bedding. Telephone in living room. Outdoors offers a large deck with dining table, chairs and BBQ. Swing set for children and outdoor fire pit.

Information sur la localisation : We are located in Shediac New Brunswick. The nearest hospital is located approx 3-4 km in Shediac. Parlee beach is a 3 minute walk. Pointe du Chene Warf is approx 10-15 minute walk. The town of Shediac offers plenty of shopping and Champlain Place is only a 20 minute drive away! There are also walking/ biking trails nearby.
This is a family cottage and are not interested in renting for parties.
