Open year-round our 2, 4, and 6 bedroom cottages are located in a quiet lake-side hamlet. Rent by the night or by the week.
All cottages include linens and towels as well as soaps and shampoo. Pet Friendly, wheel-chair accessible, free camp-fire wood included. Payment with debit, credit, cash, or cheque. All our cottages are fully serviced and nestled in the quiet Nine Mile River Valley in beautiful Port Albert, Ontario. Walk or drive to the sandy public beach or stroll over to the waterfalls and watch the salmon and trout as they navigate the Port Albert Fishway. The Port Albert Inn and the General Store operate year-round and are also just steps away.
All our cottages are winterized and have full kitchen facilities with patio, fire-pit, bbq and ample parking. Guests are invited to use the canoe and fishing poles. Port Albert has great fishing and a boat launch for small water craft. At the end of your day take time to relax in our large out-door hot tub and gaze at the stars in the night sky. Just steps away from all our cottages the Port Albert Inn and the General Store provide all necessities during your stay such as food and drink, gas, bait , ice cream, pizza, sandwiches, and produce.
In the fall and spring visitors take great delight in witnessing mature trout and salmon "battle" the falls as the attempt to reach spawning grounds up stream. Visit the Port Albert Fish Ladder and take the self-guided interpretive tour to learn about important Nine Mile River fish habitat.

Perfect for large groups. Sleeps up to 15 with room for extras. - Very spacious with large private yard right next to river!
The Mill House has 3 full bathrooms making it perfect for large groups. It has full kitchen facilities with two fridges, two covered patio's, and firepit. Sleeps 12 people with lots of room for more individuals. Tents allowed. It is on the Nine Mile River and right next to the Nine Mile river and waterfalls. Take a stroll to the beach along the river trail. Very private with fishing right ouside your door!. Wireless internet, DVD, satellite TV, large BBQ, a bycycle, washer and dryer. Steps to the Port Albert Inn, The General Store and the outdoor hot tub at the Inn.
Pine Grove Cottage
The Pine Grove Cottage is our 2 bedroom open concept cottage. Very private. Steps to the Nine Mile River and the hot tub at the Port Albert Inn and just a 6 minute walk to the beach. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and three separate patios. TV and DVD, washer and dryer, fireplace, BBQ, fire pit.
Hill-side Cottage
The Hill Side Cottage is our 4 bedroom. Only a 2 minute walk to the public beach and 4 minute walk to the Port Albert Inn and General Store. TV and DVD, fireplace, large deck, BBQ, fire-pit.
Inviting extra guests? We encourage you to book a room at the Historic Port Albert Inn which was established in 1842 and is just steps away from each of our cottages. A full service Inn and Pub with very reasonable rates where you always recieve your tasty morning meal with your room!
Within the village of Port Albert is the public beach, the Nine Mile River Dam and fish ladder, the general store, walking trails, and two camp grounds. Within minutes of Port Albert are events and attractions to suit everyones interests. Beaches, parks, biking and hiking trails, museums, theater, festivals, shopping, fishing, watersports, snowmobiling, hunting, cross-country skiing, horse-back riding, fairs, many historic sites, a casino, motor sports, golf coarses, art galleries, and much more!
