You found the best cottage place in the Grand Bend area, so you can stop your searching now.....
Next step is to make the big decison, but don't delay. The cottage books quickly, so don't be one of the people that tell me that they lost the opportunity because they procrastinated.......As of today (May 25th, the last remaining June weekend that was available is now booked, JULY and AUGUST 2013 weeks are all booked... BUT... there is a great opportunity to enjoy a week or weekend in September too. Click on the calender button on the top of the page and quickly pick a week or a weekend in September while there's still availability.

You will stay in the highly sought after area of POPLAR BEACH on a "first row" quiet street which caters to FAMILIES and RETREAT GROUPS ONLY. Treat yourself to a week in luxurious peace, and serenity while listening to the sound of the breaking waves. Lounge outside on the 50' long covered porch. Located a couple minutes outside of Grand Bend, this 2 storey loft LOG cottage is your private home away from home. The beach is very close..across the road, and down wooden steps.
Guests are required to BYOL (linens). Arrangements are now available for a bedding and towel service:linens, pillows, and bath towels for a small surcharge. Campfire wood can be delivered for $80 for a yd3
A new 4 PERSON Roto HOT TUB is available for your private use for a small surcharge and is located just outside the rear patio doors. Check out the photo tab of your holiday destination!!
In the lower level, there are lots of TOYS and GAMES for kids and adults too!!

The cottage boasts a gas fireplace with marble surround, central air conditioning, a natural gas BBQ on the back deck, an LCD TV in the great room c/w cable, and a washer/drier on the 2nd floor
REST COMFORTABLY on SERTA mattresses in one of 6+ bedrooms, lounge in style, delight in games of horseshoes, volleyball, badminton etc.
With ample breathtaking space (2,400 sq. ft) on 2 levels, you'll be delighted with the additional 1,300 sq, ft of "games room" downstairs so everyone has lots of area to rest and play.
BEACH TIME>>simply cross the road, and descend the stairs to your own quiet sandy private beach,walk the shore line....heaven!
Cottage is on the "1st row or 'Lakeview' row- the lake is visible from most westerly vistas
Interior comfort- control your environment with a gas fireplace and gas furnace with central air conditioning
Children are welcome! Adults to supervise them at all times especially near the hot tub.
Drop in guests are allowed, but any overnight guests/visitors pay 49/night

RELAX in STYLE for a week with family and friends. The summer 2013 rate is $2,375/week**(based on 10 people) A small upcharge applies per person for larger groups. A lump sum management fee applies of $119. The cottage easily accommodates up to 16 people. A great place to entertain a couple of families with kids, or to enjoy lots of space and comfort.
FOR A ROMANTIC GET-A-WAY, or WEEKEND RETREAT, the rates start at $89-229 per person for the entire stay (not per night) + lump sum management fee of $119. Options available for additional fees include a hot tub, delivered firewood, or a towel and bedding service. Security and cleaning deposit applies for weekend stays and applies for some larger week long bookings.
