Description
|
This recently renovated lake house is situated perfectly on a beautiful waterfront property within one hour's drive of the cities of Moncton, Fredericton or Saint John. The wonderful fresh water of the Washademoak Lake is excellent for swimming, boating, fishing and other water activities. Washademoak Lake is in the Saint John River system, one of the best water systems in eastern North America. An incredible vacation getaway!
Watercraft are welcomed. A dock and mooring are also available on the property.

This story-and-a-half house has two bedrooms on the upper level, (smaller room has one double bed, larger room has one queen and one double bed with new mattresses in 2012). There is a well-appointed seating area with satellite television in the livingroom. The country kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils,dishes and kitchen linens. The bathroom includes tub/shower, toilet and vanity. Sunroom porch and large deck with gas barbecue at the back of the house look out over the 2.5 acre property onto a sandy beach, private boat dock, fire pit and a calm freshwater cove. Within a couple of kilometres is a small gas station/convenience store, a takeout and dairy bar, antique and gift shop, as well as a licensed restaurant. A golf course is about 10-15 minutes away. Within one kilometre of the Cambridge-Narrows wharf and boat launch.

What if you have to cancel?
When you book, we mark your dates off on our listing and no longer advertise that week for rent. Other inquiries are turned down. If you have to cancel, we would open your dates up online and try to rebook the cottage for you. If we are successful in doing so, all money you have paid to date of cancellation would be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook the cottage, all money paid to date of cancellation would be forfeited.
