10 minutes from Ainsworth Hot Springs, this charming chalet-style 1 bedroom cabin with loft is furnished and outfitted with all the amenities to make your stay as cozy and convenient as if you were at your own 'home-away-from home' cottage by the lake.
Situated on 17 acres private forested property, it is a short 5 minute walk from the cabin to the lake. You will enjoy the easy stroll along a country lane to a trail that winds down through a forested grove , beside spectacular Fletcher Falls and opens up to a beautiful, pristine beach at Kootenay Lake.
Fletcher Falls Cabin is fully insulated and heated, so you can enjoy this cozy cabin all year long.
Come and enjoy a winter getaway at Fletcher Falls Cabin and Ainsworth Hot Springs.
Beach Access: Fletcher Falls cabin is not on the lake, but it is just a five minute walk to the trail along side Fletcher that takes you down Fletcher Falls beach on Kootenay Lake. The walk takes about 10- 15 minutes in total.

Pets allowed: Yes. $10 extra per night for pets up to $50.
Amenities and Equipment:
Amenities include a propane BBQ (outside on deck), fire pit (firewood not included but is available for sale), full kitchen (including stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, towels, etc), flat screen HD SAT T.V. Badminton set, and board games.
Note: No DVD player. No Wifi connection. Cell phone service inconsistent.
Fletcher Falls Cabin is family owned and part of the accommodations we offer on our property. The other part is Fletcher Falls Lodge B&B (www.fletcherfallslodge.com).
We share our property with local wildlife, and often sight deer, black bears, coyotes and a ranging heard of Elk. Whatever your expectations, we know you will be delightedly surprised by what our Kootenay experience has to offer.
We accept cash and travelers cheques only at check-in. Online pre-payment by mastercard or visa is available for 4% up-charge .
Reservations require a deposit of half the total in advance, payable by e-transfer (interac), credit card, cheque or money order. If mailing a deposit, mail to:

We are close to Nelson, BC for additional amenities and activities. Kootenay Lake has year-round world-class fishing. A local hiking guide is provided in the cabin to enjoy the many nature hikes in the area for all levels.
