Description
|
Located in the scenic Madawaska Valley, this beautiful, private, serenity cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms & a 4 piece bath. Large deck that's perfect for morning coffee & evening barbecues. The waterfront gets lots of sunshine & has a dock for sunbathing, fishing or relaxing with a book. The water is clear & great for swimming & water activities. Fishing is also an activity enjoyed by many on the lake.
The lake is approx. 6 miles long & connected to the Madawaska River. The cottage is located on a large bay at one end of the lake. Come & enjoy the restful ambience at the Dennis Retreat!
There are steps leading to the waterfront.
Waterfront has a rocky shoreline, shallow entry off dock & gets deep quickly.
Equipment:
There is a canoe, barbecue & Muskoka chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, cutlery etc.
The cottage is heated with an airtight wood stove & baseboard heaters.
Patio table & chairs on the deck.
Two fire pits on the property.
Relax in a Muskoka chair & enjoy the scent of pine trees & the fabulous view of the lake.
Take a walk to town & treat yourself to a Kawartha Dairy ice cream cone & visit the local artisan shops.
