Warm and welcoming 2 Story house with an open floor plan, hardwood floors with heat and air conditioning. We have Wireless Internet Access, Cable TV with a DVD & VHS player. The house has 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 6 to 7 people: 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 bunk bed(bottom Double, top Single). All linens and towels are provided. There are 4 Porches with very comfortable patio furniture and a patio table with chairs for morning coffee, dining outside, casual summer gatherings. etc.. Kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking and entertaining needs with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker and outside grill. Lots of extras: backyard, golf cart, community pool, tennis courts and park area with playground. Short walking distance or golf cart ride to beautiful private sandy beach.
Only minutes to the beautiful sandy Crystal beach and all other club and social activities.

2013-2014 WINTER RENTAL INFO: OUR YEAR ROUND HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FROM 10-15-13 TO 04-15-14 FOR $1,550 PER MONTH, INCLUDING UTILITIES WITH FORCED AIR HEAT. $1,550 SECURITY DEPOSIT & LEASE REQUIRED. HOUSE IS FULLY FURNISHED, NO LINENS OR GOLF CART ARE INCLUDED WITH WINTER RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED. ALL OTHER AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED.
